SHIPPING

Please allow (1) one business day for order processing. Orders placed on Friday afternoon OR over the weekend will be shipped Monday. Tracking confirmation will be sent via USPS Standard, UPS or DHL. Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order loads, weekends, and holidays. Changes to orders will not be accepted once payment has been processed and tracking receipts have been issued. Return request must be approved by management and is subject to a processing and or restocking fee.

We insure orders that are lost or damaged during transit, minus the shipping cost. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and or Refunds are generally not accepted. Exceptions must be requested and approved by management prior to sending back an order. If a return request is accepted, the product must be sent back within 1 week of the delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders typically take about 1 week to arrive, however, can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on customs. Once shipments are sent out, we do not have control of the speed at which they will arrive. Please contact the carrier if it appears that a parcel is not in transit. We will do everything possible to make sure that orders get delivered.
